Rude staff at Reception. Lack of co-ordination within the management. Poor service at the Restaurant. Nice ambience but it makes no difference when management is rude & goofs up. Will not recommend this one to anyone, especially if you wanna have a stress-free & enjoyable holiday.

Hotel staff is very cooperative they behave very good with the guest.Owner Mr.SANGAL also take very responsible care of the guest also .We had a pleasant stay in dehradoon at Shiva Residency.We had a three night stay there .Location of the hotel is also very near to heart of the dehradoon .Land mark is dilley ram chok .

Shiva Residency is just ordinary hotel. Nothing great to write home about. Little away from the city center, you do not have much amenities around. Even to buy cigarettes you will have to walk one km. Rooms are clean and fairly large but no windows unless you get corner room. Big window that the room has, opens in a duct.... More

i stayed 2 days for a business meeting , really a comfortable stay for both me and my colleague. Staff was gentle and quite professional . location is also good as it is near main markets of dehradun.
