Nice and new hotel close to the center of Kuta. Not so much garden space and bad view from our balcony otherwise very good. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning of our room was ok. Pool was ok with two small corners for the children.

This location is quite near to discovery mall and some how i love the staff here. they are very friendly and always smile. I also love the bed, big and spacious, the food..great food and most of all great value for money.. i surely would like to stay here again:)

This is my second time at Sun Island Hotel. I think this hotel is great value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well kept. I find this hotel convenient close to restaurants and shopping. I will be back again. :)

Excellent value for money considering we decided to mix things up and stay at competitors - they did not compare at all. This hotel has a good location. Near to the airport and recreation area such as waterboom, discovery mall and food services.... But the music from other property really annoyed me. You have to ask the room that face the pool.
