We stayed over the Easter Break and overall found it great, didn't know about the deposit when we first checked in but the receptionist was happy for us to pay it the next day when we got more money changed. Wouldn't normally give a best western a 4 star rating, but considering the location this deserves it. Great location - seconds from a 24hr minimart and the beach, and 10-15 mins walk to Kuta and nightlife. We just left this hotel last week and we only have good things to say about our stay. The staff are brillant. They bend over backward to help you , with feeling comfortable to organizing drivers , tours etc. The rooms tho compact( standard double) was ultra clean modern .as we only slept and showered there is was great!!! The hotel is in a lane which is ok but the rooms are pigeon holes, especially the standard room. And speaking of birds, our room overlooked a chicken coop and it was noisy the whole day and night. Yes the rooms are a bit small but you shouldn't be in the room in anyway. You should be at the beach! The rooms also have a modern decor. Location very near to the beach and Legian, 20mins walk to Discovery mall. A new mall is near to ready build.. Perfect chillout pool and cafe.
