My wife & I returned for a 2nd stay at Discovery Kartika Plaza within 12 months. Had a great, relaxing time again. Room was good & free wi-fi was very handy. Location was perfect for us to do lots of walking. Service was good & efficient. We had no problems. A well-run resort!

After spending 7 nights here with 7 girlfriends we all agreed the grounds and staff were fantastic however the rooms are in desperate need of renovations. 1st room AC wouldn't adjust moved to new room, this room shower continually leaked 2nd room couple of days in and no power at all, could open the door, the safe or anything else... We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed it!! Rooms were clean and comforting! The swim up pool bar was fabulous too loved every minute of it! Close to everything, will be staying there again for sure! Staff are so helpful and always super happy!! Food was delicious!! Thanks for a relaxing quick stay :)

It's long overdue, but number of times we stayed in Discovery Kartika Plaza, it was the location that was the prime factor. For a meeting delegates, you can't go wrong with this hotel. I like the renovation work they did to the restaurant, lobby and the gym/spa. Yes, it's mature, but as general, it was always a great stay.

A group of us stayed here for 8 days and we absouletly loved it. As soon as we arrived to when we left was sensational. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast had a huge variety, the pool was so relaxing, the pool bar was so much fun! The staff were so helpful. Will stay here again!
