Really good value. The location is close to everything, 5 mins walk from beach. You could hear some music from nearby bars but it was never too loud. The pool area really makes this hotel special. Breakfast is served until 12 and the staff helpful. Would def recommend!

At first this seemed like a nice place, especially the pool area. But when you look closer it's clear that the bedrooms and bathrooms have been neglected for years. The hotel is a little oasis in the wild Kuta and outside it looks even better than some of the more expensive hotels. My superior room did not meet my expectations, the furniture was very worn, it was dirty and the bathroom was worse than at many campgrounds. Breakfast was good. I do not recommend.

I needed accommodation in Kuta for 1 night after night arrival. I chose this hotel because of not bad reviews and the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, the standard of my room was differed from what the hotel shows in the pictures, it was particularly bad in the bathroom. Surroundings of the hotel are not bad. Breakfast was good.
