free pickup from airport, even if book through on-line agent, just advise then your flight details. The bed in the room was too soft for my liking. Soap shampoo and water is provided. Nice swimming pool although i didn't use it. Breakfast was lovely and included in the price. Check-in and checkout were quick and efficient. All in all, an... More

I booked this hotel based on the advertisement of gym, pool, great facilities and close to the action in Kuta. I was bitterly disappointed when I arrived, as the gym consisted of a bench and maybe one bar with 20kg of weight and the hotel room was shocking. The shower was broken, light switches were faulty. Overall it was terrible. More

I've been to Bali more times than I can remember over the last 25 years. Have stayed at expensive 5 star multi-national corporation-owned resorts, rented houses, but much prefered the solitude & friendliness of this intimate little hotel. Everything you need is close by, yet once you retreat down the short lane off Jl Legian, you are away from the... More

We were meant to stay 3 nights, left after one. To be fair, I know what to expect of cheaper legion places, so it's not like I was expecting the grand Hyatt. I've had spinal surgery an do need to be careful of mattresses etc. room was small and basic, air con not working properly. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned but... More

The Bali Sorgawi really is a hidden gem in the Kuta area. It's not a five star resort, it's not brand new, so if that's what you want from your trip to Bali, it's not the place for you. But if you want somewhere affordable, clean, well airconditioned and very, very Balinese, then you can't go wrong with the Sorgawi.... More

We were meant to stay at the Bali Sorgawi for 3 nights in december although we escaped after one. Firstly the staff were unfriendly, then we saw our rooms, in which has stained sheets, and the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen. The mirror and basin looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in 10 years, and my toilet was... More

This hotel was booked for me by my Mum who was worried about my safety staying alone until friends arrived. They picked me up from the airport and also had a reasonably priced transfer service back to the airport when you leave. My room was spacious, clean and had a private bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was also yummy with... More
