I booked this hotel based on the advertisement of gym, pool, great facilities and close to the action in Kuta. I was bitterly disappointed when I arrived, as the gym consisted of a bench and maybe one bar with 20kg of weight and the hotel room was shocking. The shower was broken, light switches were faulty.
