place is absolute luxury, from the moment you get there they cover every basis, we were a bit unsure at the location because it is around 20mins from ubud city center, but free shutte buses run frequently so wasnt a problem, we stayed in lagoon suite and exceeded expectation. restuarant is a bit expensive but great food.
