I've been Ubud with my husband and stayed in this hotel for three nights, It's actually good value for the price that the Bliss is charging. The rooms are spacious and clean. The spa is excellent and offers a respite for the tired body. Staff here are generally warm and eager to please. Overall, it was a good stay .... More

Nice service! I actually booked a standard room but since I request to have a room with paddy field view, they upgrade my room to the deluxe one! The room is very clean and quite large, with balcony facing the beautiful paddy field and swimming pool. The wooden furniture are beautiful. For moslem, if u're looking for halal food, this... More

Bliss Spa was just what I needed when I wanted to get away from the city. After spending a few days among the serenity and lush greenery of its premises, I felt totally rejuvenated. I was content to sit for hours in front of my room with coffee and cigarettes and gaze at the ducks quacking among the padi fields...... More

I made a spontaneous trip to Ubud with my partner in the late March. We stumbled upon this cozy bungalow on our way back from Nuri's; I must say the location is great. At first it was such a disappointment as the bungalow were fully booked - thankfully, the next day people were checking out and we booked ourselves a... More

We initially booked for two days but extended for an extra three nights. The rooms are excellent and the views over the rice fields are great. We had two big sliding doors that opened up to a balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. There are three choices for the breakfast that was included with our booking. The pancake and... Great place! Very peaceful and serene. Suitable for those who want to have rather quiet place to stay. The breakfast was send to your room at your own convenience. The balcony provide gorgeous view of the paddy fields and also the garden surrounding the compound. The garden is well kept and very beautiful with lot of flowers. The place a... More

This hotel is very nice, staff is good. Lovely swimming pool facing to the rice field.. Perhaps, the management may consider to change local menu (Nasi Jinggo instead of Nasi Goreng) more Balinese and better taste.. Pay more attention (for Housekeeping/management) regarding the insects usually live in rattan furniture (in Bahasa we call 'kutu busuk') we found many in our... More

We spent 2 nights in Bliss spa (booked fron Agoda.com). The location was great if you want to stay away from the city (took 5-10 minutes drive to Ubud center). It was small hotel with pool and rice field, I loved their breakfast which served at our room every morning ( you have to order and tell them what time... More

After traveling extensively throughout Asia, this is our first time back to Bali in 15 years. We went straight to Ubud and were very happy to have found the Bliss Hotel and Spa. It evoked all my memories of 'simple cottages above the rice fields', yet it offered the modern comforts of A/C and wifi which we didn't have (and... More

I stayed for almost two weeks, so I tend to agree more with the negative reviews. On the surface, the hotel seems lovely. The longer you stay, the more you really see. During my stay, I spoke with other travelers who got a much better room rate because they booked with Agoda. Surprisingly, Bliss actually charges more if you just... More
