i was really dissapointed. it is very far our from ubud. its extremely quiet and very isolated from anything. as they don't have metered taxis in ubud you have to negotiate constatntly. the shuttle they provide is good, but it is restrictive to when you do things. the mosquito net fell from above the bed. One of the tv channels... More

Cons: 1) Around midnight we saw a rather large rat dash behind the white curtains in our pool villa bedroom. When we notified the front desk, two men with flashlights arrived instantly, searched the villa thoroughly but could not find anything. They smiled, shrugged their shoulders, and left with this short explanation: "Rat maybe went up the wall, because there... More

I have travelled quite extensively but I cannot think of a place nicer than this. The natural preserved setting, the consideration given to the beauty of the environment, the tranquility, the focus on mental and physical wellbeing, the spirituality, all on top of 5 star luxury and service. Not a day goes by where do not wish I could go... More

This is an ideal resort for a peaceful getaway. The resort and it's location provide everything you need for ultimate relaxation in authentic Balinese style. After staying in Seminyak at the W Retreat & Spa for three days, we arrived at Puri Sunia and spent five wonderful days here for our honeymoon and didn't want to leave. There's so much... More

I was a little hesitant to stay a car ride's away fro Ubud but I am so happy I did. The setting was gorgeous and quiet. My favorites: the bread basket at breakfast, daily yoga, shuttle service to town, the fact that the staff knew me by name. The pool was beautiful but small but again I have no complaints.... More

Hidden located among rice paddies in rural Ubud, it has comfortable rooms and villas, a great service by a discreet and very helpful staff and good food. very affordable and has also a small spa of high quality. An hourly scheduled van makes it easy the transportation to the center of Ubud city. It will be my choice for next... More

Stayed at the Puri Sunia with friends and we were not disappointed! It is a small cosy hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did not want to stay in Ubud as it has, unfortunately, turned into a big tourist attraction. But this resort was still close enough to enjoy some of the not-so-touristy things... More

The Puri Sunia was nothing short of brilliant. I stayed there with my Mum for five nights and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent - the staff are some of the nicest people in the world and are genuinely happy to serve you. The food is exquisite, the rooms are gorgeous and the free activities are good fun.... More

Looking for a little getaway, we chose this hotel after a recommendation from our friend. We were not disappointed. Puri Sunia is a great little hotel. Pro -clean -great service -great food -cozy setup.. only 19 rooms -adult oriented... not kid friendly Con -location is a bit far.. 15 min shuttle ride from Ubud town center More
