The personnel was very friendly (but aren't they all in Bali?) and the Deluxe room we reserved was huge. The bathroom has an open air shower, so make sure you close the door to avoid all kinds of insects in the bedroom. The room is very clean, but for such a new hotel it's shocking to find hardly any electric...
