The room is spacious, the decor is unique, like it so much. The swimming pool is freezing cold, why can't the hotel make an effort to use warm water for the pool, will make it more comfortable for all. Overall, nice hotel, tried to book the hotel again later but full. More

I first stayed at this hotel some years back and for some time it was a great place to stay. The room I stayed in this September was beginning to show signs of overuse, in that the basin tap was lose, the shower head was mostly blocked and the bed needed a new mattress. The rest of the hotel is... More

I got a Deluxe Suite room 102 on the ground floor next to swimming pool. When I made the booking I asked them to give me non-smoking floor. But it turned out this is a smoking floor. The room smells burned cigarettes and what makes it worse, the bathroom also smells like a sewage. Don't stay here! More

It was quite a lovely and pleasant stay at a relatively reasonable price. Away from the noisy city roads and yet still near to major Factory outlets at Dago by car. You might be awaken by the roosters, which started "hymning" as early as 5am in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, you may not want to pick... More

Stayed there only because it was selected as the venue of class reunion. Pretty basic hotel. The swimming pool is not the great. Did not have chance to check the wifi connection but the room is rather small if you add extra bed (we are family with 2 kids). In term of location might pick other hotel in nearby the... More

Spend 1 nite there just to relax after a few days of shopping. The room is spacious bt the window is so small so couldn't really enjoy the mountain view. The spa is also good. Overall the hotel is gd and the staff were helpful too. More

Most reviewers were correct about this place. It is far from the city centre being located in the northern suburbs, the front desk staff need to be warmer and the breakfast spread needs to be wider. There are many things that can be improved upon but most critical is the hospitality aspect. On the plus side, the cable tv programmes... More

Pro's : - the design - very modern and cozy. not only the interior design, but also the toiletries such as shampoo and slippers, they prepared it very well. - the room is spacious and very comfortable with many drawers to put your things. - the location - it's not in the heart of city or 'factory outlet paradise', but... The design of the hotel is nice, and somehow reminds me on typical hotels in Bali, minimalist yet natural. But when I entered the room, it doesn't reflect what so called as boutique hotel. They are not using high quality furniture and equipment in the room. I noticed that my bathroom's roof leaked with water from upstairs room's. The hotel's... More

Boutique hotels sound nice and inviting, however when you get down to it they are commonly just an excuse to use cheap furniture and design to make a room look interesting. The WiFi although free is terrible, the furniture is flakey and the restaurant food choice is weak. There is a pool but no gym, and there is a spa.... More
