The aircond in room has not been serviced at all - its warm even though they did room change. Shower tiles stained and overall room not well maintained. This hotel was taken by Accor group in April from best western group. Hoping to see the change the next time I return.

the room is quite big, and clean, the food are nice, wide variety of choices, the staff has been very helpful, the location is quite good. close to all the culinary action during the night time. haven't got the chance to try the pool, but perhaps next time.
