I was there from 29-31 March 2012. Very comfortable room , great design and very well appointed. The attached Mall with many restaurants is a fringe benefit. It was good to be greeted by helpful , smiling staff at Reception desk.

Clean room, like the bathroom design, bathtub in the middle with Japanese sliding doors.
But don't quite like the closets for clothing in the bathroom, and open style bathroom.
Hotel is attached to the shopping mall, very convenient, and with some 24HR restaurants.
Staffs are friendly, but the lobby is a little confusing because it was attached the mall.

I stayed in this hotel on 18-19 March 2012. Upon arrival, we got served hot towel and welcome drink. Very impressed with the modern room design. This hotel is smoke-free hotel and we have mini-bar for free and reload every day. Breakfast was good but I think they can improve to be better.

TS Suites Hotel is a luxury hotel.
It is located in the central of Surabaya, it does not have a swimming pool but it does have a large bath tub =). I stayed on the 10th floor.
It does have a gym but not that complete. I didn't eat the breakfast so not sure about their quality.
