Good choice for business travellers, their location is quite central and not far from the airport. The staff were extremely friendly in all departaments. Nice hotel with good roof top restaurant and bar at roof top. Hotel rooms are nice and service is good, efficient and friendly. Good location and close to nice shopping mall. Would go again when in town next.

Its a nice hotel, located near freeway access, within walking distance to the new big mall in Surabaya. Also have Skylite, where you can dine on top floor. Also nice Chinese restaurant below. The only thing, room maybe a bit small compared to other hotel in Surabaya

The high-speed internet wi-fi is provided in the room for free, with a time limit 10-hours per day, which is more than enough for me.
