Paragon is a niche reasonable priced Hotel, conveniently located, i.e. just across the street of Shangri-La or beside a big shopping- mall. Rooms are reasonable in size (not very big but also not tiny) clean and a good Bed Food is good to very good. All in all, thumbs up! More

From outside, the Surabaya hotel looks nice and modern. The lobby and the breakfast room were extremely crowdy and usually on the elvators there was a waiting time, especially also when marriages were at the weekend.
