RUDE receptionist at Kenongo Hotel. We called them 2 days before because we need to be SURE that there will be a place in triple room when we will come in the middle of the night. The conversation lasted aboud 10 minutes and the receptionist woman assure us, that they have place. So we come to Surabaya and... when we... More
