before i came,I've made reservation and said should check in at 9 AM because i have some event to attend..and the reservation clerk it is possible for us.but then when i came they said our room didn't prepared yet . we should wait for 2 hours and make me late attend the event!! what a bad service...the room was old... it was my first time in Surabaya, and stayed for 5 nights and the hotel actual cheap , not the price they stated in the net ,unfortunately ,my room aircon dont work , ask for maintainance personel , but not one show up for the room ,my patience tolerate for about three nights , on the fourth day ,the heat...
