i arrived at 2 am in the morning , and very fast check in processed . the front office staff was very secure and helpful to make sure my stayed was perfect . the room is very well done, clean , with wide LCD screen but without MINIBAR inside the room :( the location is perfectly perfect !

Nice modern hotel with good size clean rooms and wifi in each room. right in the heart of surabaya city. no luxury, but simple and clean. the breakfast is ok. free parking. humble staff. only 40 minutes from airport and 5 minutes to shopping centre. try to book direct to hotel, they sometimes give special price which is cheaper than other online travel agent. :)
