narita surabaya?big dissapppointed for me cz services and some employees not well trained to serve customer.far from 3 stars hotels standart.i didnt get my questions answered well and pollite by the receptionist.i dont recommend this hotel.. More

This hotel is in the middle of everything, price is in the middle range (US$ 50ish depending on the timing), so is the service, the room quality, restaurant selection etc. If you are not looking for any fancy hotel with the basic services, this is your hotel. One major disappoinment is, it doesn't have a swimming pool! But the management seems doing their best in the area of: -Room: all rooms are spacious. There was a excellent service in narita hotel, and its not just about the price is low but the architecture, the javanese song that played, cleanliness and very javanese type of decoration, makes me want to comeback everytime. so i think Narita have a very potential and attractive facilities. I am sure most guests feel the same way More
