“Great for weekend getaway”

This is a new hotel by the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, just a 2 min walk. There is a Mega Mall across the road, which included fast food resturants, cinema,supermakrt and many more. The check in was smooth and fast. The staff pretty much know what to do and were good at it as well. They do understand simple english.... More

I had a longstay in this hotel - 16 nights. The purpose was a business trip, so I basically needed a decent, quiet room. Unfortunately, lots of things were not good or went wrong: - check-in was absolutely unprofessional. They charged we the wrong amount on my creditcard. Harris is easily idenfities by it's warm shades of colour, located 2 mins from the ferry terminal. Check-in was fast, didn't wait long.
