Rooms, cleanliness and services are excellent. The lobby decor might be too much though, too extravagant. Buffet breakfast are excellent, you can have various local cuisine. The view and the location are not that great. Rooms are great, typical 4 star hotels. More

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms were good, value for money and the swimming pool was awesome, located at the 5th floor. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. It is located nearby major shopping mall, Nagoya. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Batam. More
