I stayed at this hotel with a group and was quite dubious of its quality after reading the reviews. However I found it to be a pleasant stay. My room and bathroom were decent and clean, if fairly basic and the staff were friendly. There was a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner. This is a hotel without any frills...

We book it when see photos & reading about existing pool, wi fi & double bed
In reality this is very dirty & non-comfortable hotel: pool in another building in 150 meters, wi-fi only exist in 1st floor, double bed in reality twin beds. This hotel needs deep repairing & more feutures to be a 3-1/2 * hotel as advertised

We walked in, looked around, checked out our room and ran away. We lost our pre-paid 2 nights but it really wasn't possible to stay in this terrible place

This place is absolutely infested by cockroaches. We stayed there for 2 nights and I only discovered that fact on the second night when I woke up at 4am and saw them everywhere, huge ones, running on the suitcase, in the wardrobe, on the curtains, in the bathroom, flying above our heads. God knows how many walked on me when...

Before staying in this hotel we reviewed the official website, coffee and tea making facilities: check. Air Con: check. It seemed like a nice hotel. On arriving with our party of 12 we were given a "welcome drink" of a tiny glass of weak lemon cordial. We then made our way to our room with our cases. The "bell boys"...

This place sucks. When we arrived the floors were being cleaned which involved about an inch of water being pushed out the door. After being told our room wasn't ready and that we could go to the pool, we were then found a room which was OK, we asked for a double but it was 2 single beds pushed together....

We were first given a room with a jacuzzi, but we asked to change rooms due to noise from outside. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and changed our room immediately even though we had to downgrade a bit to a standard room. The food was plentiful and the buffet was constantly replenished. The cooked breakfast...

It's an ok hotel if you're just for the night, since nothing to do in the area of it (it's up on the hill and the city is downtown), gotta have a car to get around.
I stayed in the suite which was very good, food wasn't that good.
the pool is over the street and not in the hotel....

Stay clear of this one! Surly, unhelpful staff who deal with all problems with a shrug of their shoulders! Lousy food and service and poor accommodation. Spend a bit more and stay elsewhere. Ignore this review at your peril.
