I've stayed here several times over the past 4 years, and it's always clean - and there's always friendly service. There's a Walgreen's across the street - and it's less than a mile from about 30 bars/eateries on Lark St. The immediate area isn't the greatest - but why penalize the hotel for the neighborhood people not mowing their lawns?...
