Hotel was included as part of a cheap package deal and now we know why. The room stank, the bed was uncomfortable, the electrical sockets were dangerously unmaintained, shower room very roon down. So we handed back the keys, accepted the sunk cost and went elsewhere

I chose this hotel for the price and the place close to the airport as i was there only for 2 nights and it was the same price than the dormirtory in a close hostel where I usually go. Good points are the location close to the airport, the room size, quite big for the price, with a bathtub, and close to a main street with many restaurants. But... nobody speak english, even basic, it needed 15 minutes to find my bookings and 2 old guys were on it, one couldn't even read my name on my ID (wich is korean ID) and asked me to write it bigger on a piece of paper. I got awake at 3am by some drunk guys who talked and yelled for an hour in front of my door, so maybe I wasnt lucky but I wouldnt say that this hotel is calm, and one point, a nightclub was about to open in the next days at the 1st floor of the building, in october 2016. The room was not dirty but definitely not clean neither, the cleaning staff came, but almost didn't do nothing, didn't even put back the pillow in his original position. I will next go to dormitory instead of this hotel !

Booked this hotel a day before our trip. It appeared to be the cheapest hotel listed during our search. Browsed through the pictures shown in the booking site but it did not really show the detailed looks of the hotel rooms. There were also not much reviews in the website. On the day we checked in, we got the shocked of our life, feeling cheated. The room does not look like the photos shown in the web. The rooms are old and there are a lot of faulty areas. The curtain is dirty with obvious stains and cannot be closed. The lights are not working and as if they are dropping out of the ceiling holes. The room was very dark with only 1 dim light at one corner of the room. It gave us a very bad impression. We called up the receptionist and they sent a man to check it up. The man told us that he will come again to fix it the next morning since it was already late (around 8-9pm kst). Apparently, the man did not come and fix the lights. The lamp attached on the wall was also hanging slanted and looked very unstable. There was no aircon, no shampoo, no bodywash, no toothbrush, no bath towel, etc. It was really unpleasant. The towels provided were face towel with really unpleasant smell. The hotel corridor at our room level was pitch black. (Something might have gone wrong). We even saw other guest using the torch from her phone to find the way to her room. We tried our way to switch on the lights and to find out that they were switched off again the next day. And there were a lot of bug stains on the wall and ceilings. There were even mosquitoes flying around in the room. The only few positive points about this hotel are cheap price, located near Jeju Intl Aiport and there a lot of shops and eateries nearby. I would never choose this hotel ever again. It would be better to spend a little bit more to get a much better and cleaner hotel.

This the cheapest hotel we could find on a short notice. Should have chosen a different one. Hotel is an old one. Althow the room is spacious, not well maintained. Towel smells like old clothing. Bathroom not well cleaned. The only plus is that this hotel is less then 15 mins away from the airport by bus.

This is a budget hotel, and therefore a lot of young people stay there. It was very noisy until very late. Also, there's a lot of street noise due to night clubs and a nearby parking lot Rooms are very outdated and are not comfortable. Bath towels are tiny and the floor not carpeted.

Went with a group in late May 2012, had a forgettable stay on the top floor. The general upkeep is very poor. Staff are a mixed bag. Only positive is that it is a walking distance from nightlife and downtown.

The picture of the hotel is deceiving. The lobby of the hotel is nice, but not so much the rooms. The rooms are not ugly, but they are not great looking. Outdated furniture, but clean, stayable and sleepable. No need to be scared of the bathroom. It's very clean. There is no internet, but there is free wi-fi in the main lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only one staff member there speaks English.
