“Good but slightly worn & torn”

I appreciate Novotel's proximity to the airport. Taipei's location was a bit further than most, but the shuttle bus was timely and efficient. My only gripe was that the carpet in my room had seen much better days; however, the room service food was delicious!

“Nice hotel near the airport”

It was the secound time I stayed at this hotel, just to catch an early morning flight. The hotel still looked new and fresh. The rooms were spacious and clean and have all the amenities you may need. “Nice location”

We stayed here for my sister's wedding. The room we stayed got spectacular view over the Taoyuan airport where we can see planes taking off and landing. The GYM is opened 2 hours and is well equipped. Staffs are friendly and helpful as we expected in Taiwan.

Location was very good and the room decor was superb. Nice receptionists. But the bathtub and bathtowel were not clean. There were some long hairs and dust. They have to check the room more carefully.

“Too bad it's only an 'airport hotel'.”

I booked this hotel upfront without any other expectation then not having to wake up too early to catch my flight. But it appeared to be a very beautiful and contemporary hotel with a friendly and helpful staff.
