Our family enjoyed the hotel as this was our first night in Africa. The rooms were very nice, the dinner was delicious and great service. Breakfast was very good too. Nice pool. Location great and easy place to start our safari from.

A nice very spacious (all suite) hotel in the center of Arusha. Walking distance to the center of town and the business district as well as major offices. I am a frequent business traveler to Arusha and have stayed at 3 or 4 different hotels and the East African surpasses them all. Definitely good value for money.

The room was quite spacious and lovely . I had a lovely night after a long journey .However the GYM was a let down.The treadmill was in a sorry state and the space not enough for the clients .Please do something ! However, this did not dampen my spirit. Fix the GYM and you shall see more of me.

Good hotel for business traveller,not much else in terms of recreation or meals.front desk staff very eager to assist and polite and genuinely tried to resolve any short comings.the online booking did not seem too work.
