not very centrally located, food in comparison to town rather expensive, breakfast very basic, restaurant and bar with neon lights and TV running not very comfortable. rooms are clean and ok, but you shouldnt expect too much. its ok for a transfer between mountains and safari.

I thought this hotel was very good value and convenient for the night before and after our safari. AC, Wifi, good shower all at a good price. The morning breakfast wasn't too exciting but the service was good.

Great night after 12 hr bus ride from dar. Most helpful staff and manager amazing and so thoughtfull. Def highly recomend stay here when in arusha ha. Food was good and air con worked. Arranged to book tickets for bus even asked detail of what seat we would like! Calm to meet us and chat to folks at breakfast.
