Good location with the beach just across the road. Clean rooms with linnen changed every day. Can be a bit noisey from the music from the beach when ther is a festival on. Pleasant staff with a standard breakfast freshly cooked. would stay again

This is essentially 2 rows of buildings housing some quite pleasant and spacious rooms in a pretty convenient beach front part of Cha-am. It is certainly not a resort as there are no facilities other than rooms. Breakfast is just in a small outside area between buildings and is to order. Compared to other places in Cha-am, given the quality... More

Good location - right by the beach (although, as with almost the entire beach, it's filled with pay-to-sit umbrellas). Clean room, with some small ants. Staff have limited English but still manage to be friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was ok if you like processed meat, but if you have kids and want more than the 2 that come... More

The resort is right on beach road facing Cha Am beach. No more than eighty meters from the T junction where the main road down from highway meets beach road. The path to the rooms weaves around palm trees. The rooms are large, modern, bright and clean. King size bed and nice linen. The bathroom was large and modern with 'rainhead'... More

Nice looking good sized room, comfortable beds. Right across from the beach. Set breakfast was okay, but at least the coffee was good. Kitchen also offers some Thai dishes at reasonable prices. Shower was cool design but the water was too weak to wash sand off of you. Free WiFi but the signal was weak in the back rooms. Staff... More

Actually rooms are okay and not bad, in the middle of the main street in Cha am. Only thing that bothered me was that there was no pool! Rest is average, you pay and thats what you get, rooms are clean and modern and nice tv.

This hotel is ok, if you plan to spend your days on the beach. There is no pool. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast probably the most boring I ever had. I also stayed at Bann Panthai, and for me it was worth to pay more for room there, because they have nice pool area. Not much to do in... More

Bad value for money: very average breakfast, NO wardrobe in the room, no phone in the room, bad bathroom - faucet mixer located to the side of the sink - impossible to wash your hands without spilling the water around! rain shower is good only when there is an alternative of a normal shower hose! aircon was too loud for... We arrived in Cha-am late in the afternoon and was unsure of whether to have a coffee then travel on to Bangkok or stay the night. After stopping and looking at 3 properties on the beach road that were in the US$30-40 range (Cha-am is cheaper than Hua Hin) we were ready to go to BKK !! By chance we... More
