The hotel is in a good location, above a shopping mall with supermart. The rooms are cleaned and basic amenities have been provided (except toothbrush). There a many good foods around the hotel but there is no night market currently. The small stalls that were set up at night opposite the hotel serve good food that are value for money...must... More

Stayed in may 2012,all i can say is thanks, rooms are nice,staff are great, and the rooms prices are cheap ,but have to go on the Internet to get the best prices loved the pool and gym area the restaurant looked good but had no time to go,no time as there is to many places to see.

Every year, my parents and I never failed to visit Hat Yai at least once (we love love love the food there......) So this year, we decided to give Novotel a-go since they've renovated the rooms. Centara Hotel was superb, so relaxing,clean, peaceful & quite, all staff were very good & so friendly, although some with little English but was not a problem. Room service was excellent & food delicious & nicely presented .. A great location. Will certainly return & would not hesitate to recommend.

I stayed in Novotel Centara for 2 weeks on a business trip. Nice buffet in the only restaurant available, however there is a nice lobby lounge which during the evening a jazz band plays. It's OK, but rather old and jaded. Warning: There are massive fans outside one side of the hotel, which make an awful racket - enough to stop you from sleeping. When you are shown your room, take a look through the window to make sure they are not below you. If you can avoid these, however, it is an OK... More
