Nice & clean hotel...though a bit away from beach and market...comfortable walking distance when not too hot...we did not mind walking at night! Shuttle bus very punctual..drivers very friendly and polite...reception staff needs more English skill ...bed matress is too hard, chair legs need cushion to avoid annoying noise!

Good hotel if you have a car or are on a group tour. We came by bus, hotel a bit far from beach and night market. but we managed to walk it. Staff was very accomodating picking us up when we arrived and dropping us when we departed. Disappointed, no pool, but none was listed, my error

We wanted to stay a few nights at HH, without extra pay in the city center — and we got it. Very clean, stuff not so friendly as usual in thai hotels, but service was good. Booked via agoda, there wasn't breakfast included but as far as we've seen, breakfasts wasn't so good at well.

For the money it's a good place to stay. Clean rooms, daily housekeeping service (luxury at some places),shuttle that will take you and pick you up at scheduled times. This place is walking distance to the beach area (about 25 minutes walk along very busy streets). Do not get the breakfast-disappointment. Get breakfast closer in town.
