Rooms very clean, no safe though, TV's not situated in Bar properly for watching. Breakfast not available before say 11am? No Draught Beer, but reasonable bottle selection. food is only so so!

We like the Takieb part of Hua Hin. It is laid back yet it is easy to get into downtown Hua Hin with the regular 10 baht bus service passing the front door.
