Ordered a deluxe room with bath. Suze of room was good, but there were no drawers to put any clothes. Balcony had no chairs so could not use it. Specifically asked for a bath but water was only warm. Complained 3 times but nothing was done to fix it. Also was not told when we booked that there was a conference throuout our stay, so had to fight for breakfast with 200 conference guests. Not a relaxing experience with a toddler, wont come back.

The place looked pretty shabby from the outside but the rooms had been nicely renovated and were comfortable. Pool was ok, breakfast adequate and the staff pleasant. This is a business hotel so you need your own transport as there is nothing in the area around it and it is a long way out of town.

This hotel is a bit far from the city center and the attractions. You rather need the private transport to access to the hotel. It is clean and quiet. Staffs is ok, friendly and helpful. What I love most during stay is breakfast buffet. I was there for 2 nights on Sunday with 10-12 stations of buffet line. Some station is cook the Thai tradtional food freshly for guest also the Thai local coffee and tea. On Monday the breakfast stations is fewer as the small number of guest but it is still great.

Old hotel, worst uneatable breakfast ever, no plugs in the room, general bad taste and unpleasant. Parking difficult because of structures on the way. Reachable only with private transport. Many better places in Kanchanaburi.

We chose this hotel, despite the bad reviews it had been receiving, because of it's close proximity to Kanchanaburi Stadium. Well, what a pleasant surprise we had - our room was newly refurbished, with a nice view over the swimming pool. We ate lunch and evening meal in the coffee shop, and it was good and inexpensive. Swimming pool was big enough, and the area surrounding it was constantly cleaned. Gardens were beautiful. Breakfast was different, under a huge lean to overlooking the tropical garden. It was like eating at an outside street market, with a plentiful supply of a variety of different foodstuffs. Staff were always very helpful.

Our tour guide warned us that this hotel is not the best and I was actually pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a disaster and the hotel was not that bad. Quite old but clean, decent size room, friendly staff.

Staying at this hotel is like walking bach to the 70's! And this is not positively meant. The hotel looks pretty nice when you look at the pictures but most of them must have been taken when the hotel was new - because it is not as good looking as on the photos. It is a typical tourist group hotel used for tourists who have "no choice". Rooms are VERY well used and desperately needs renovation. They simply look awful. So does the bathroom. It is all very basic. The air-condition did not work properly and was noicy, so it was very hot during the night not giving us a good night's sleep. Bad smell in many places. Breakfast is typical Thai and has a lot of alternatives, but if you prefer a more western breakfast, this is not the place for it! They have a large garden outside which could have been a nice place if better maintained. (You get 2 bottles of water for free in your room, however, please DO NOT take the bottles with you when you leave. You may drink the water for free, but they want the bottles! We did not drink 1 of the bottles of water and wanted to take it with us, but we were told not to - not even if we offered to pay them for the bottle! They needed the empty bottle! 2015 - believe it or not!) 850 bht for a room here is far too much for the (lack of) quality you get!

I have stayed here a few times with my family and always found the rooms clean & the staff very friendly and helpful. The food is good, mostly Thai food but what do you expect of want in Thailand. Buffet breakfast in included in the room cost with plenty of choice. Well kept and maintained grounds with well cared for birds, fish & animals. I will be using this hotel in the future.

Hotel location is several km from the town centre although it is straight down the road. The staff were friendly but could not converse much in English and thus were of limited help. All about the hotel gives you the tired and shabby look including the rooms and the restaurant. Rooms were big but had old toilet fixtures. We stayed for 4 nights for golfing in Kanchanaburi and was our second choice hotel after our booking at another hotel in town fell through. Fortunately, on days when there were large tour groups, buffet breakfast at the garden was a welcome change from the American breakfast at the restaurant. Nothing else much in the hotel and even the swimming pool seemed unused as tour groups tend to check in late and check out early the next day. Fortunately, there is a row of shops just outside the hotel where you could get a cheap beer and a tom yam soup from a friendly family running this eatery.

Very dated hotel with a lot of mould in bathrooms. We have checked 8 different rooms and all were the same. Finally we've landed in the best suite they had, where the mould level had to be accepted as there were no rooms in neighbouring hotels available. After the "landing" it turned out there was no hot water. Maybe we should be pleased with running water at all but then let's not call it a hotel. The food quality in restaurant is also far below Thailand street level. You should defenitly keep away from this place. The staff is smiling at you as always in Thailand but it's not enough in this circumstances.
