This hotel is strange because it is new. It is cheap in off peak. I payed about $30 US dollars a night. Was good value for that money. Great Rooftop pool. But not finished like a 5 Star hotel. I stayed in this hotel in june 2011, for 17 nights. The room was not cleaned daily, but that was ok for me. The drinks and food are expensive, but you can find many things around. Dirty, noisy hotel with cockroaches. I would say this place should be rated 2 star. Spend 20/night more and get a better place in patong. The location if you want cheap is good but that is the only plus. Do not stay here!
