Well I think I can quite honestly say this is the worst most disgusting hell hole I have ever stopped in.. Reception staff were rude and aggressive.. We just came back from our holiday trip. We stay at Chang Club Hotel on 31 Dec 11 - 01 Jan 12 since all hotels,inns 7 resort are fully booked on this period.We are very disappointed that the hotel receptionist was very damn rude and even offer to fight with us...FYI, shes a lady.
