What a dissappointment a simple request for a second key was too hard for this hotel. Everytime we went out seperately the first one back had to go to reception and asked to be let in, which could take up to 20 minutes. We stayed at Baan Laimai with friends and it was in a fabulous location. The staff were very friendly and the lagoon pool was the perfect place to start the morning and end the day after being out in the heat!

Very happy with the hotel and staff, great location fare prices for meals and drinks, great pool and would return there again. You will be faced with street hawkers out the front, but that is Patong, you will get it on every street in Phuket.
