The villa we had overlooked the back of offices and their loading bays. The other outlook was a canal that looked at other accommodation. Not a boat or lighthouse to be seen unless you walked down to the boardwalk. The staff were extremely helpful. If you want to be in the tourist area (Patong) this is not for you. A lot quieter and 20-30 minutes out of the touristy areas.
