We stayed three nights on long weekend 5-8 April 2012. Deluxe Suite room 401-402 was staying with my husband and two children total four peoples. The hotel is very beautiful location. Everyone like here, and feel comfortably. Spacious and very comfortable. Overlooking the sea, surrounded by a beautiful, quiet, only the sound waves and the birds that wake me up.... More

We have lived in Thailand for nearly four years and only found this jewel in our final 4 months. It is a unique hotel as it is/has: more like a home, comfortable, peaceful, beautiful decor, huge sweeping lawns under palm trees, the best pools we have encountered, a private kilometre long pier for evening strolls and for admiring the marine... We spent two night here on a short break from Bangkok. The hotel location is beautiful, isolated behind hills and trees - 2km to the main road. Our room - a twin deluxe was clean, tidy and quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and quite efficient. The private beach was quite clean when we were there and apparently the hotel... More

Welcome to the year 1988! Good things: + Postcard views + Peaceful + Pool area Bad things: - Everything is very very very very old, it's like a time travel! - Everything is very very very expensive. And they put huge service charge automatically to every order. Nice. How about some servicing with that kind of prices!? - Tennis court... More

I will try to make this easy and to the point. It wasn't a horrible experience, The hotel is dated and old looking in the rooms. I have never seen a plastic bathtub in my life. It felt like a mobile home in your room. The t.v is dated, and it got 2 crappy channels. It was not dirty. It... More

Do not stay here...'nuff said. But, to elaborate more: The waterfront rooms are NOT on the beach, they are on a rocky and dirty (i.e. littered) side. The kids playground (a bit attraction for us with our then 2-year old) is so broken down that I forced them to rope it off and make it appear to our daughter to... More

13 years ago some friends of mine visited this resort, and said it was very old and desperately in need of refurbishment. Well, 13 more years have passed and no improvements have been made. The rooms are musty smelling, tatty and equipped with fittings from 20+ years ago. The balcony was dirty with pigeon droppings and had not been cleaned.... More

As residents of Bangkok, we booked 5 nights at the Rayong Resort to get some flood relief. We had two rooms in the main building. This hotel was probably considered luxurious in its hayday but those days are LONG gone. It is beyond old and tired, it's a wreck. All you are paying for here is the view (which is... More

The hotel was on the way to Koh Chang. There is no other reason to visit Rayong. It is a boring town with dirty beaches. The hotel was ok, a bit old and not 100% clean. But the price was good and the pool also not bad. The staff did not speak any foreing language, very surprising for a big... More

The location, and the views from any angle of the resort is postcard material. the lack of good lifts, and hugely expensive food is forgotten when you open your window in the morning to the fantastic view. the pool is very nice, and the rooms are quite ok. I will come back. More
