Would agree with other travelers that its 3 star hotel, just got back from a week and although the holiday was fine after a week the range of food on offer was starting to become rather boring and repetitive, the rooms were fine was just off the beach and no real problems until the last day when three fellow brit's... I stayed here with my sister on the 5th May for 1 week. We paid a little extra for a seaview room - well worth the extra. We had room 8205 which had fantastic view over the beach and sea, we spent every evening after dinner on the balcony with a bottle of red wine which you can get from... More

We have spent one week holidays in the Mehari from March the 29th, 2012 until April the 5th for the spring break and to be honest we have not been impressed by the hotel and services neither. The rooms were cleaned every day but still and always hairs on the ground, cleaning ladies without vacuum cleaner is really not suitable.... More

When we arrived at the hotel it was late, but the staff made sure we got something to eat so they showed us to the restaurant. Obviously by the time we got there most of the food was gone, but what was left looked nice enough. After eating we got the room key and were taken to the room, there... More

We stayed at the Iberostar Mehari Djerba 25th September - 02nd October 2011. Although this review is a little late, i think that some recent reviews are unfair as we did not witness any of these problems during our enjoyable stay there. We flew out from Manchester with Thomas Cook for 7 nights all-inclusive at a very reasonable price (£740... More

On the whole I would rate this hotel as a good three star all inclusive, but I thought the service was of a four star standard. Unfortunately it seems trip advisor ratings go from average to very good with no 'good' rating and so I have erred on the side of caution and rated as average which seems slightly unfair.... More

We used the Iberostar as a base for visiting Djerba for 2 nights after reading the reviews and getting a very good deal online. As we had a car, we could visit the rest of the island very easily, although if you didn't the only way to get around would be by taxi - there isn't very much within walking... More

This was my second trip to Djerba and first stay at Mehari. And I hope not last one. Accommodation was great, clean room, bathroom without any problems. We had connected rooms with our friends. Cuisine was really good, big choise of all kinds of food. Specially cakes were amazing. Staff was superb. Waiters took care of us, they did not... More
