I stayed at Erken last month. Located in the peaceful town of kaleici it is a short ten minute walk to the clock tower. The room is clean and we'll maintained. Service is excellent with room upkeep being taken care of everyday. The bathroom however feels like it doesn't belong and is a tiny setup within the room. The shiluh pub downstairs plays good music but is rather noisy in case a good night's sleep is what you're looking for. The drop off to the airport was on punctual. Overall, I'd say this family run place is charming and is good value for money!!

This 240year old mansion has been converted into a 10 room inn. Is is well located in the centre of Kaleici - the old city. The family that run it are very friendly and will arrange airport or bus station drop offs or excursions to nearby ruins. The room was very clean and the linen changed daily. Our bathroom needed some maintenance. A great place to stay.

My sister, friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this Pension. The room was very comfortable and cute. The Pension itself was very charming and unique. The best part about this place was the very convenient location. Every place we wanted to go in Antalya was within a few minutes walk. We especially liked the nice bar with live music around the corner! The staff was really nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Antalya. It was an AMAZING value/find!

Nice small hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Location is very good. However the shower is little and located right next to the toilet and the sink and has no hot water. I stayed 3 nights and only 1 time i was able to take warm shower. Besides this the hotel is cute and worth the price.

Excellent location in the historic Old Town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was tiny but comfortable and clean. Great breakfass, very ample, and they serve the best coffee in Turkey! However, the place was difficult to find. When I called to inquire, the desk person spoke only Turkish so he hung up on me. I'd suggest asking them for emailed directions. Can park right in front of hotel. Antalya itself is fascinating, be sure to allow lots of time for exploring the archaeological museum which is a simple tram ride from the hotel.

Do not stay in this disaster of a hotel. Looks charming and authentic on a first impression but it was a catastrophe. Leaks, rotting wood, bugs crawling out of walls and worst of all, a terrible bed bug problem which they were AWARE of! We had to get out of bed in the middle of the night because we were being bitten so much and they were not surprised at all when we mentioned the issue. They said "they tried to fix it before but it's an old building... sorry". The hotel was full so they transferred us to another hotel "down the street" (not!). We had to pack our bags and walk to this new place that sucked at 2 am. The next day they still tried to charge us for the room!!! We had to fight to get things settled. Now we are going home and having to wash everything that was in our bags, including the actual bags, for fear of bringing home any bed bugs with us. DO NOT STAY THERE.

The part of the building containing guest rooms, is 240 years old, and it is obvious that cleaning can be a problem with old wooden floors and walls, but it pays you back with the Ottoman atmosphere and a helpful staff. There was some noise from the dustcart in very early morning hours, but this is mostly a peaceful part of the old town, and still close to the old harbour and the small beach.

Stayed twice in Erken Pension - two nights at the beginning of our stay and two nights at the end and each time were so grateful we did. Erken Pension is situated in a beautiful old building that has been beautifully adapted as a pension but without ruining any of the feeling of being in an old Antalyan Keilici buidling. Rooms are spacious and very clean with air-conditioning and a fair sized bathroom. Water was always hot when we were though we didn't need it with the amazing heat at the time! If you opt for breakfast at the Pension it is an excellent Turkish one and you can sit outside the Pension in the very quiet street opposite part of the old city wall and watch life quietly go by. A great location and we were quickly able to find our bearings and have some great days out. Antalya itself is amazing - very old history, great fun bazaar (be prepared to run the gauntlet of the shopkeepers but they do not hassle if you are polite and good-humoured) and easy access to the more local shopping areas at the top of Keilici. My friend and I LOVED this place - both Antalya and Erken - and will definitely return again.
