This so called 5 star hotel is rubbish. The staff,food etc. This place looks more a prison than a hotel.Staff are rude or pretend they dont understand. If you ask something they start laughing. Breakfast: they fry about 50 eggs at once and leave it in a tray then gets cold ,until is not finnished they dont fry more eggs.... More

At first everything seemed good with the hotel being quite clean although over the next few days it appeared somewhat different. My husband and I just returned home yesterday 3rd October we found the hotel clean pools are good but no lifeguards we found that the food although it looked nice it was always cold you would not go hungry but this hotel caters for Russians and germans and the staff we found do not understand you or pretend not too....
