It is midnight now and we are waiting in the lobby to get towels as the cleaners have not put any towels in the room. Yesterday, they did not clean the room at all. The food is terrible. We have been to Istanbul several times before and enjoyed Turkish food. However, the food here is awful. Everybody is complaining about... More

We booked this a a last minute deal never ever again. This has to be the filthiest hotel (if that's what you can call it) I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. difficult to know where to start really. After spending an extra hour longer than the 20 minuite transfer from the airport because the driver and people around... More
