Without tour groups I am sure this hotel would close. The TV and air conditioning in our room did not work. There was no free Wi-fi as advertised and the hotel Internet computers were not operating. The service was poor and prices excessive. To claim to be a five star hotel is joke being perpetrated on guests. If you have... More

We used this hotel as part of a tour group. The first impressions are good as the public areas look very impressive but this is not carried over into the rooms. Being charged 8tl for a packet containing a few tea bags is not 5 star. Staff refused to swap types of tea bag so only one of any use.... More

Nice hotel, may be not a real 5 stars, but confortable and very clean. A good open buffet is available at breakfast and dinner . Drinks are quite expensive. Istant coffee and tea in the room are not free (8 turkish lira). I tried the thermal pool and the outdoor pool. Staff were cold and unfriendly. For hamam and sauna... More

This strangely set up hotel is geared to the tour groups. The rooms did not have wifi as advertised and they are a bit strange about bringing water into the hotel. The elevator service was spotty. The buffet for dinner was amazing though - one of the best we saw in Turkey. The cool mountain air helped supplement the apparent... More

The hotel appears to be very nice upon arrival, but that is where it ends. Rooms are average. We were in the "deluxe" area, which is extremely far from the lobby and we had to lug our luggage down at least 3 flights of stairs when departing. Awful that there wasn't a lift!! When we arrived it was extremely hot... More

Stayed here for two days on a weekend. Food was very much better than the average Turkish tourist hotel fare. Very large outdoor pool, and nice spa facilities. Great massage therapists-- some of the best I have ever had. That said, the wifi was spotty. Lots of tour groups going through. Pricey add ons for everything. Still enjoyed the stay... More

Sold to us as a 5 star hotel, but was terrible on so many levels. This is obviously a hotel for tour groups and the masses. The hotel is huge, with many "wings" just like a hospital, and security guards wandering the halls. Also, rooms are on 2 levels, no lift if you're up a level, and no help to... More

The hotel was "fancy", catering mostly to spa resort quests, and self-contained but expensive and charged extra for every little item it seemed. Desk staff not particularly helpful. Thermal pool visit requires a swimming cap for all or you purchase one from them. No in-room wifi, no complimentary bath items, 8 Lire "setup" cost to have tea in your room,... More

Staff are rude and off hand. Spa staff were only willing to provide the most expensive service not what I actually wanted. Bar staff pursued my husband four times for a bill that wasn't ours, including bringing security into the restaurant twice. There are much nicer places to stay here. Don't put this one on your list. We stayed here as part of a tour of Turkey. This property is a slightly upscale Motel 6 that bills itself as a luxury resort. Room was dark and uncomfortable. Food was awful - and I'm usually not that picky, having eaten hospital food for years without complaining too much. If you're not forced to stay here as part of... More
