This is a hotel visited by lots of tour buses shipping in tourists for one night stays. As a result, this is a busy hotel with people checking in and out. Dinner is included in the room rate so there is a huge dining hall. Tour groups have reserved lots of tables so if you are on your own, go... More

Refurbished since we visited four years ago. Our room (No. 2083) was easy to access from the lobby. However, the corridor was consistently noisy with human traffic. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. We had only two pillows, and there were no additional pillows nor blankets in the cupboard. The wi-fi internet access was sluggish... Good hotel to visit Pamukkale. Very quiet location, away from the citycenter, but close tot Pamukkale. Rooms are large, clean, quiet! Food is ok, but average. Hotel is most visited by groups. Spa en swimmingpool are not very well kept. Fun: every evening bellydancing! More

This hotel is an unimpressive place to stay while visiting Pamukkale, even for just one night. Dozens of tourist buses, mediocre buffet food, and a huge ripoff for water, beer or wine, even compared to other similar tourist hotels. Prices are in Euros, not TL. The room was clean, but the thermal pool was not. Nothing within walking distance, but... More

Spent one night here. Typical hotel to stay between here and there points, when traveling in Turkey. Room was clean, relatively large, bathroom decent size, and beds comfy. The buffet (both evening and morning) were quite extensive and tasty. Don't try carrying fruit out with you from the buffet.....saw people get stopped! More

Pamukkale is an overcrowded tourist destination in Turkey, and this hotel does its best to welcome large hordes of tourists in an efficient, though not romantic, way. Do not expect a 4-star level in the rooms, neither in the common areas. The buffet dinner, anyway, was pretty decent (but please do not arrive late !), and all considered this is... More

Hotel has a design of 90ies. There is a really small indoor thermal pool which was pretty unclean. There were actually pine needles and dirth in outdoor pool! Rooms are nice and clean and the food was great. Close to Pamukkale and Hierapolis, it's about 15mins car ride. Worst part u have to pay for everything, such as water to... More

Strange hotel still has some old world charm, but lacking any personal touch by staff. Seems to be mainly used by bus tours which mean it’s very busy at dinner times, and you need to make staff in the restaurant understand that you don’t belong to group tables. Once you get pass that hurdle, dinner is ok if a little... More

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel - November 8 and 9, 2011. I loved having access to the indoor thermal pools. The room had 2 twin beds - they were clean, and comfortable. There was a couch and the WIFi worked. The rooms were modern as was the remainder of the hotel. The only problem was the setup in... More
