The Bera is a business hotel and very efficient. The room was very comfortable and quiet despite the busy location. Breakfast was extensive but dinner was the standard buffet deal. The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice with a good, hot shower. More

This was a upscale looking hotel from the outside but the service was terrible, stuck in the elevator fr 20 minutes, the rooms were very hot, air conditioning was poor, the food in the hotel restaurant was plentiful, but poor. More

This hotel was assigned to us through our travel agency. We had to swtich from smoking rooms to non-smoking rooms. More

We have just returned from staying at this hotel on business - would recommend it to others. Hotel was clean, well maintained, staff polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Ideal location for access to the city - would certainly stay here again if i return to Konya. More
