Very pretty hotel with a large courtyard and fountain. We had a warm welcome, watched our bags scoot by and enter an elevtor, signed in on the edge of the courtyard, then were lead to our room where a basket of fruit awaited. The hotel though only 10 years old looks more like 50 years old with its stained carpets and limited lighting. There is constant smell of kerosene or pesticide through out the hotel. Trabzon is not a tourist town, which means they don't know how to handle tourists. No maps were available or other information need to make your sightseeing easy.... More

The rooms are a little bit dated but comfortable. Location is perfect if you want to visit the city, airport is close and hotel is in the center. I would not recommend the sports center. The equipment is very old, the swimming pool is a bathtub. Staff in the gym was unfriendly when i visited. Other staff was very nice.
