bad service rude and mannerless staff the manager used to talk so loud in the lobby that it is impossible to sit there for 5 min there were bugs in bed even the stove and washing machine was not working you have to call them at least 5 times to get room service.if u ask them to make up the... More

i booked this hotel through a website which gave me a list of the facilities with in the hotel, which turned out to be non existant when i got there.i was told that there was a swimming pool at the hotel and my kids were excited, but in actual fact there was no swimming pool. it was supposed to have...
