We get there and they tell us they are fully booked even though we bought our room from hotels.com. They were annoyed to have to fix a problem that was there's to fix. If you are fully booked you notify the websites who list your hotel! They somehow found a room after much debate. It was room 203 if you... More

Not a bad place to stay if you enjoy the wake up call at 0400 from the local Mullah; try to avoid a room next to the heavy smoking, vodka drinking and vocal Russian air crew that are based here permanently. The buffet leaves a lot to be desired, but at least the Mega Mall is close by for alternatives.... More

Hotel Crystal plaza is one of the good hotel in sharjah..... 15 min walk in distance to Mega mall from this hotel.... very good room service.... room rates are ok . starts from Aed 250 per day. they have airport pick up and drop facility also. 20-25 min by car to sharjah airport. More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in january 2010. The staff was friendly and helpful. We received a welcome-drink and a fruit-basket in our room. Room was spacious and clean.
