I would explain with details my experience here, but many people did already. Just like the others, They kept asking what we were going to do for the day and ask for the key. then they went in our room and took 200 USD that I had very well hidden in my bag. sheets, towels and services are awful as... The only positive thing in their rooms is a big window, everything else is awful. Furniture old, bedsheets dirty, towels look like floorcloth. Smell in bathroom disgusting. Stuff seems to be very nice and friendly before it comes to paying bills. They're cheating everywhere. They wanted to charge us for some items from mini-bar we didn't eat. And almost 50%... More

We booked in off the recommendation of our guidebook. The rooms seemed decent; large, good balcony views and great windows. The receptionist seemed nice enough and she pointed out offered her recommendations for a tailor and who we should avoid - These seemed to be great tips (we either would or wouldn’t listen to it). She didn’t push us any... More

At first seemed like a bargain for 15 dollars the receptionist was friendly and the room looked clean. We went out and after the smell of the air freshener had gone it smelled putrid, by the time we were back (about 1pm) was too late to find somewhere else to stay so ended up sleeping in it, or not, when... Please please do not stay at this hotel, 1 star is too much for them! If we had seen the reviews of this hotel befor we came we would not of stayed here. We had over 100£ stolen from our room, from our emergency wallet that we allways had hidden, they knew what to look for. They keep your key... More

I wish we visited tripadvisor before.... We had no other place to go because everything was full because of the Tet festivities, the woman at the reception charged us double the normal price in USD, after that she told us we had to pay in Dong at a horrible exchange rate. The bathroom smelled like the toilet in a very... More

Do not stay there. I guess if you read this, it's because it's already too late as you stayed there. Can't see any othet reason why else you would look this hotel up. Dirty, aged rooms and furniture. Big room but would rather stay in a prison cell or in a basic bungalow especially you paying for the price of... More

Do not stay at this hotel!! The staff forced us to leave the key at reception when we went out, then used it to enter the room, rummage through our bags and take the money we had set aside for our visas for our travels. We were horrified to read so many other similar reviews from travellers and checked out... More

...... First they got annoyed when we took the $12 room over the $15 room.... They act so nice to ur face, then they ask u where your going and using ur key u have to leave at reception, they let themselves in and help them selves to money.... We are so lucky we only had $20 and some Malaysian... More

Given the price the room was simply horrible. The linen and the towels were clean but so old that they were not white anymore, not to talk about the strange red spots on them. I was clearly overcharged as the staff pretended the prices exposed (250) were in dollars and not in dongs, well they either forgot to add a... More
