It's all about the location. Sunrise and sunset views ! We heard that it closing though and it shows. Room was pretty scruffy and the beach beds were at the end of their useful life. We enjoyed our stay but to be honest it was because of the location and not particularly the run down hotel. Very nice staff though and I think we would stay again as the positives outweighed the negatives.

It was a beautiful time there.... Bungalow is 5meter to the beach, it was be great ... Room was clean, everyday cleaning.... Staff was very friendly and helpfully. Breakfast was still same, but taste and fresh. I think it is the brush accommodation in Mui Né, if you want a good access to the sea :)

It was a nice, clean room for my family while we stayed in Mui Ne. Definitely a plus that it was on the beach and very peaceful to stand there looking at the fishermen on the sea in the morning. Not to far from the sites you want to see in the area...a short cab ride to the Fairy Stream a little longer to the Dunes. had a pleasant breakfast there. Staff doesn't speak much English but wasn't a huge barrier as they understood us for the most part. Would stay here again. One drawback is that you can easily mistake a person's residence that is near the sign if you don't pay attention that the cabins are in the back.

I enjoyed Mai Am, suited me after other larger and noisy hotels. Nice room, next to the sea. Yes, slightly overpriced with some basic facilities but staff were keen to help. Breakfast included but only one drink plus food choice..nice guy sorts out motorcycle rentals so u can explore.

Maybe the rooms are not so special, but the general location is perfect. Besides., the staff is really helpful. Breakfasts were yummy. I strongly recommend, especially if you are not keen into night life.

Stayed 6 days at location. Staff struggle but do well with English, much better than us speaking Vietnamese. Rooms spacious but no fridge. Wifi and tv reception very good. This is an excellent spot to veg. The food is very good with breakfast part of the price. The staff are helpful and with the location it is not difficult to meet your neighbours from various parts of the world. The beech isn’t the greatest but then who can control nature. We do plan to travel out of area but will come back to this spot. Great value for what your getting...

Firstly this is a nice budget place next to ocean, laid back and quiet. But its not so budget at over 30$ rate becomes way over priced for mui ne. Staff are generally friendly, but they dont have that well looked after dedication you get from many other resorts where thye treated better. I can only confirm that the resort photos by customers to reflect the establishment quality and nearby beach. so better to check that tempted guests first review the travellers photos on Trip advisor. They are the true state of repair. The garden area photos from the hotel Photos is from a time goneby, and the place is run on shoe string business model. Breakfast is choose one drink and one egg/rice/noodles option. very average. Im a annual visitor to mui ne, and can report tha this is way over priced despite having a seaside location. The venue is old, and tired, there is little maintenance and no embellishment and investment to make it more atttractive, to improve its feel. Wet room is very basic and old there is no kettle/fridge.. This is an overpriced money making business. You can get far better for only 25$ or less in Mui ne. Another thing annoyed me is the vietnam factor. Despite booking 6 months in advance they tried to palm me off with a poor loaction room, whilst saving good ones for vientanm Gvmt family saying only one day on 1st jan. yes just one day compared to 7 days for me.Just proves how interested they are in growing loyalty. Thats the way it is. Mui Ne is struggling to fill rooms in all but a few holidays. There are far better options at these prices.

The room was basic but spacious (queen size bed, garden view)). Bathroom also a decent size. Breakfast was included with room price. Average quality. However, the private beach area was good. Lounge chairs were comfortable. Beach towels available for a nominal price. The staff was good about responding to any questions or needs. Not bad location. Nearby public bus to take you into downtown area. Limited variety of groceries available at stores.

This was hands down the worst place I stayed in nearly 3 months in Vietnam. The beach was easily the most disgusting thing I saw in Vietnam. The water was filled with trash and there were piles of trash on the sand. (Note in my pictures that the things floating and piled up on the beach are all trash, not seaweed). There are no cushions on the beach chairs and towels cost 25,000 a day. Not per towel, per day which makes no sense at all to me. I came to Mui Ne specifically to do a sunrise tour of the sand dunes. I signed up and paid for the tour when I checked in. The next morning I woke up at 4am for my 4:30 pickup and no one arrived. There was no staff to help me except for a security guard who called reception for me at 5am. He told me the receptionist said no one signed up for the sunrise trip. I was told I couldn't talk to reception until 730. When I did, the woman insisted that the company had "forgotten" to pick me up. I belive the hotel staff was negligent and did not even do me the courtesy to acknowledge it, let alone offer me any compensation other than refunding me what I paid. As that was my only chance to do the sunrise tour I did not get to see it which was entirely the hotel's fault. As for the rooms themselves, the building is very old. There was a large crack in the wall. My first afternoon the power was out for 4 hours so I could not even cool down in front of a fan. Overall, this was a huge disappointment and not even close to worth the money. You really need to stay at a place with a pool in Mui Ne or just skip it altogether.
