We stayed here 1 night. We expected a small room, as we only paid 7,000 yen, but to our surprise the room was big enough. What a great price to stay in makuhari. The room was clean & had the usual services. Like most hotels in japan, not many english tv channels. View from our room was amazing. Plenty of... More

The Hotel follows an eco friendly policy, and if guests agree for that, they provide a complimentary mineral water bottle. The Bell desk has a... More

I attend a fair each year at the Makuhari Messe. Have tried most in the area. New Otani and APA are closest and a number of smaller nice places within short walk. Apa is a very tall building, maybe was quite nice when built but has a lot of wear. I had a superior room and a super view of... More

Came here to exhibit in Makuhari Messe, we had a superior room, and yes, the room is SMALL! The bathroom feels like a cubicle that is placed in the room, very unpleasant to shower or use the bathroom, it stinks. The bed was too springy, i can feel the spring when I sleep. But the location is great, there's a... More

If you have a business at the Makuhari fair, then it's not too bad. The superior rooms are OK, there is a nice "balinese" spa inside the hotel and a 24/7 convenience store. The building is huge and not very pleasant to the eye. Most guests are from nearby countries such as China, which translates in huge queues in the... More

Plus points of this hotel are the public baths (free for guests), nice views particularly from the bar on the 50th floor, walkway to the conference centre (messe), 24-hour convenience store, many reasonably-priced restaurants nearby in various hotels and business buildings, and direct bus to/from Narita airport (40 minutes). Small rooms and pre-fabricated bathrooms that other reviewers complain about are... More

Stayed at APA near Tokyo Bay, Chiba City for 7 nights. The rooms are larger than the typical Tokyo rooms but still small for western standards. The Room was very clean and compact. Beds very low but full pillows were welcoming. Coffee maker and coffee available in room and a tiny fridge. You get free water if you do certain... More

Having read previous reviews I was apprenhensive about this hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Very convenient with covered walkway to Messe. Yes, my room was small but so am I and I was travelling alone, so it didn't matter. The hotel in general was very clean, and my room in particular was well-equipped with all necessary gear (eg: internet... More

Firstly the location is the best for anyone going for the exhibition at Makuhari. It's the closest hotel and very convenient to go through the connecting walk way. It was also very good to have the convenient store within the hotel. I had friends staying at Spring Hotel - a very nice hotel, but late at night when it was... More
