about a 20 minute bus ride from Narita airport. shuttle is included in price. For Japan, rooms are spacious (!) but the food left quite a bit to be desired. No Wi-Fi in rooms, you have to go down to lobby. NO CHAIRS in he lobby - maybe they don't want people lingering there!! More

The free shuttle to and from Narita airport and hotel was very good. It even shuttles guest to nearby Narita town, good for a sampling of Japanese food, a temple and souvenirs.
